A Community Project!
PAF-Ways Obituary Committee members maintain the obituary archive by posting
directly to the web from their home computers.
Do you
want to be a part of this great project? Ask a member at our next
meeting. |

"Computers were invented to do Genealogy!"
|
This would be the location where meeting information was given, just
as today on the main page of the NCIGS website.
This site is a memorial to the great things that the PAF-Ways group
did for the members of NCIGS and the genealogists of the world.
The greatest legacy the PAF-Ways group left behind is the Obituary
Archive, which is available in two different forms, the archives
built for NCIGS and the archives PAF-Ways members left behind, the
"Historical Archives".
Parts of the old PAF-Ways website are being present here so
today's world can see what the PAF-Ways of North Central Iowa was
all about.
Some of the links work and some do not, the information presented
here is for your enjoyment and for the benefit of NCIGS as we
celebrate our 40th anniversary in May, 2012.

PAF-Ways was a
group of north central Iowans with an interest in genealogy and
learning to use computers to obtain and organize their records.
Meetings were held the third Saturday afternoon of each month, except
December. |
